Free technical advice is available to all our customers and our Price Guarantee ensures you always get the best deal. We have access to millions of pounds worth of stock at any one time and will provide our customers with the most direct and comprehensive access to garden machinery products within the U.K.
Making a purchase from Acle Garden Machinery could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "view basket" (the icon is on the top right of your screen) and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express as well as debit cards including Solo, Delta and Maestro. Once payment is taken and ready to ship or has been reserved with a supplier on your behalf for delivery within a stated time period. Back-ordered items, payment will be kept until they are shipped directly to you the customer. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, and mail or over the Internet. Delivery to any address on the UK mainland is free - whatever the size of your order. Details on shipping charges for elsewhere in the world are available from our Call Centre or by emailingsales@aclegardenmachiner.co.uk . Please note, orders for non-UK mainland addresses will not be processed unless you have first sought agreement from Acle Garden Machinery to ship a particular product to your part of the world and have obtained from us the cost of shipping the item to you. The cost of shipping may be added to your order total. Any quote provided for shipping to non-UK mainland addresses should be seen as provisional in the sense that we reserve the right to amend this price. In such circumstances we will always seek your explicit consent before any additional charges are made to those originally quoted. If you are moving abroad from the UK we can advise you on suitable products for the part of world you are relocating to and arrange for your machinery to be delivered safely and speedily to your shipping container. We begin processing orders within 24 working hours of receipt and a letter of acknowledgement will be sent to you by e-mail confirming product details followed by a full shipping schedule. For tractor mowers, we shall confirm a suitable delivery day before shipping the product. All products available from the store are shown with usual delivery times stated in working days. Although we strive to provide as accurate information on shipping as we can, the delivery period stated either on the site or advised by email or verbally should be seen as a guide only and can not be viewed as the essence of any contract entered into with Acle Garden Machinery. We shall endeavour to notify you as soon as possible of any anticipated delay in the shipment of your product and your order may of course be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch should the wait prove unsatisfactory. Our VAT number is 525 2909 46 we know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using a Protex. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. We guarantee your satisfaction. Acle Garden Machinery only supplies the very best machinery from established manufacturers. All products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty, details of which are listed with each individual item on sale in the store. Should a problem occur with a product during the period of warranty, you are entitled to have the product examined by the manufacturer's agent. The manufacturer’s agent will rectify any manufacturing fault. Customers are advised that the manufacturer's agent will however be entitled to refuse to undertake work free of charge in the warranty period if the agent believes damage to the machine has been self-inflicted rather than being the consequence of an actual manufacturing fault. Customers are further advised that the manufacturer's warranty will not necessarily cover the cost of taking the product to and from the manufacturer's agent and except for larger items such as ride-on tractors this will normally be the responsibility of the customer. Details of your nearest warranty agent can be obtained directly from the manufacturer. We will provide our customers with a manufacturer's Warranty and Service Hotline number where required. Any issue raised will be dealt with swiftly and fairly and will be treated confidentially. You will be informed of the likely time scale involved in resolving any dispute and kept informed by email of any progress. We also welcome any comments or criticisms that will assist us in enhancing and improving the service, contact us with any suggestions. Special order parts are none returnable or refundable, also carriage is to be added to you order total. Orders are only produced by your customer input which also makes the parts non returnable or refundable. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Safe buy Code of Practice. We collect information about you for 2 reasons: (1), to process your order and ( 2), to provide you with the best possible service. The information we collect about you includes: your name/address/phone number/email address/credit/debit card details. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold about you will be accurate and up to date. You can check this information by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. We do not disclose buyer’s information to third parties. In accordance with existing UK Distance Selling Regulations, any product may be returned for whatever reason providing we receive written confirmation of your desire to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. The cost of return will be payable by the customer unless the product is defective or was received in error. In the event that the product has been used and has been returned as unwanted during this period, any benefit gained from use beyond normal examination will be taken into consideration when deciding on the amount to be refunded as will any damage from use, cosmetic or otherwise, to the machine. Our shipping company should make returned items available for collection. We would request that returned products are sent back in their original packaging, and enclose proof of purchase In the event that this is not done, and we are required to use a more expensive means of collection or packaging service, any excess charges we face will be passed onto the customer. We will issue any refunds as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after cancellation. The customer is responsible for the condition and safekeeping of all goods until collected by us, or, if the customer returns the item to us by their own chosen means, until it reaches us, All goods remain property of acle garden machinery until payment has been cleaned by us (acle garden machinery) , if for any reason there is a failure of payment for your item this will result in the return of the ordered item to acle garden machinery and carriage charges will be past to you the customer.
